Even though we have a variety of wigs on hand and in stock, the girls asked for pre-order so we are giving you pre-order. Pre-order is ordering a item before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later. So that’s the difference between pre-order and in stock. Pre-order is NOT ON HAND and takes up to 10 business days before receiving your order. Plan accordingly by ordering in a timely manner. Our luxurious hair is worth the wait. We want each customer who visits our website to be able to purchase from us even after we sell out our in stock wigs.

After orders placed please allow up to 10 business days before you can pick-up or be shipped out . 
- if you select shipping, your order will be shipped same day wigs arrive 

- if you select local pickup, your order will be available on the selected pick up days and hours (see shipping / local pickup for more details)

ID VERIFICATION and LAST 4 of the CARD USED WILL BE REQUESTED ON ALL PRE-ORDERED WIGS, if you do not comply a refund will be issued and a $50 fee will be applied

HAIR CARE TIP:

please shampoo and condition before install and once received and every 7-14 days we recommend tresseme moisturize rich shampoo and silicone mix conditioner. For all curly/deep wave wigs try tresseme firm hold mousse and water with a dime size amount of biosilk oil for shine.
