At checkout there is a SHIP or PICK UP option please be sure to select PICK UP this option allows you to come into our storefront to pick up your hair order

HairNympho Studio is located in Sheridan 3093 Allendale Street Pittsburgh Pa 15204 

After completing purchase email your order number and time you desire to pick up your order and we can arrange your pick up. email hairnympho@gmail.com 

(For local customers) Being that some people accidentally select ship we sometimes give time to pick up order , so if you are local your order will be shipped after communication is had . if it is urgent pick up may be your best option.

Please leave a valid phone number and email address. If you forget to leave a phone number after order is placed please email hairnympho@gmail.com with phone number or reach out via social media. A valid phone number and email is mandatory and can cause delays or a possible cancellation.

 Email is our only form of communication. Please e-mail questions or concerns. All payments are made online through Shopify or cash only. We do not accept cash apps , venmo or Apple Pay.

If you would like to do a order over the phone and pay with Zelle , we can arrange that first via email.

ID verification is mandatory for all customers. If you refuse to send ID for verification purposes it will be a $50 cancellation fee 

If there are any delays in our processing time on our end, customer will be notified and presented other options for delivery.
