Due to nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do offer exchanges within 7 days of purchasing if you meet all the exchanges requirements

All orders take 1 business day for processing before they are dispatched.

All orders are shipped via USPS.

We offer fast and convenient shipping. 

If you pre-order we advise your order to be shipped for faster service. 

All pre-orders are shipped same day they arrive at our facility. 

For some orders, we will require identification to provide that the order was in fact made by the card/account owner. We will reach out for you to send in your government issued ID to fulfill your order. If your information is not verified within 48 hours we will refund you minus 3% cancellation fee

Please leave a valid phone number and email address. If you forget to leave a phone number after order is placed please email hairnympho@gmail.com with phone number or reach out via social media. A valid phone number and email is mandatory and can cause delays or a possible cancellation.

Email is our only form of communication. Please e-mail questions or concerns. All payments are made online through Shopify or cash only. We do not accept cash apps , venmo or Apple Pay.

If you would like to do a order over the phone and pay with Zelle , we can arrange that first via email.

If there are any delays in our processing time on our end, customer will be notified and presented other options for delivery.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes: If your order is submitted with a P.O. Box in the Shipping section, your order will automatically be canceled.
